Firm Overview

Founded in 1999 by Callan H. Bryan and Nicole Vandiver, Vandiver & Bryan, PLLC became a professional and personal marriage of former classmates. Each are distinguished graduates of Campbell University’s Norman A. Wiggins School of Law. Their practice focuses on concerns of seniors, the disabled and their families as well as related aspects of business law.

The practice's attorneys are active members of NAELA (National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys). They participate in continuing legal education courses vital to clients, as well as providing seminars and educational workshops to professionals and those interested in advanced legal planning for health and financial matters.
